Ioanna, a psychologist and ADHD coach, brings a unique approach to CPR training by ensuring that every learner feels confident and calm, even under pressure. She takes complex emergency response concepts and breaks them down into easy-to-understand steps, with plenty of opportunities for practice and questions. Her sessions are always warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy, ensuring you feel prepared and empowered.

Anastasia, an educator with over 15 years of experience in education, knows exactly how to make CPR training interactive, hands-on, and memorable. Her engaging teaching style makes even the most intense material approachable and easy to grasp. She’s all about creating an environment where learning is fun and practical, leaving you ready to act confidently in an emergency.

Together, we create a learning experience that’s as effective as it is enjoyable. We each bring our own strengths to the table—Ioanna’s calm, step-by-step coaching and Anastasia’s energetic, hands-on approach. Whether we’re explaining techniques or practicing real-life scenarios, we work in perfect harmony to ensure you get the best of both worlds.

As a licensed training provider for the American Red Cross, we’re here to fill a critical gap in life-saving skills across our community—and we’re doing it in a way that’s both educational and fun!

Our certifications are OSHA-compliant and meet workplace and regulatory standards, ensuring you’re always up-to-date and ready for anything. As a registered business with SAM.gov, we are also authorized to certify employees across all U.S. government agencies.
We're excited to share that, in addition to offering classes at your location of business in the DMV, we've expanded to four new locations! You can now join us at The Karters School in One Loudoun/Ashburn, Arcola United Methodist Church in Sterling/Dulles, Be Hive Wellness in Vienna, and Purcellville Sportsplex in Purcellville, VA.
